Is Penn gonna switch to this new Microsoft Exchange Labs? I feel it will be more popular since it supports pop3 and imap and it also has better support for Macs.

I second the IMAP request. Until that comes, I will continue forwarding my mail to Gmail.

I like the recent comments about right-clicking and the Penn Live icon.  These are the types of things students have quite figured out yet.  Maybe an update on what we can do with SkyDrive or Spaces would be cool.

    To recent poster, "outlook help",

I agree with the previous comment regarding what you had to say.  Not only was the ending of your message unnecessary, it was cruel...not to mention ignorant.  There are many wonderful colleges and universities out there, and many valid definitions of "education."   You do yourself and the entire Penn community a disservice by posting so disgraceful and regretful (and anonymous) an attack.  You do owe the technology staff an apology.  Please act like a Penn student in the future and display more class.  And yes, I am also a Penn student.
